What is review-animations?

A review guide for animation and motion code based on Emil Kowalski's design-engineering approach. It starts by looking for issues and requires the work to meet a high quality standard before approval.

Use it to review animation implementations and identify problems in their interaction, timing, or overall craft.

It helps find motion problems that may make an interface feel awkward or inconsistent. The review is deliberately critical rather than assuming the animation is acceptable.
