A skill for automating Thermo Scientific Amira-Avizo projects, software used to process and visualize scientific data. It works with the local Avizo MCP server and Avizo workflow and script files.

Use it to inspect Amira-Avizo data, summarize .hx workflows, classify related files, generate .hx or Avizo Python scripts, and create script-object skeletons.

It reduces the manual work of inspecting scientific-data folders and turning existing workflows into repeatable scripts.
