Use when the user asks about any of these mechanics. Do NOT use for non-Israeli company formation, US tax advice, or cap-table modeling of public-company stock; route those elsewhere. For deep coverage of Section 102 employee tax (the employee side), prefer israeli-stock-options-tax. Step 2: Company Formation
Register an Israeli Ltd (חברה בע"מ):
