Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade A, and why
pyleoclim scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 77 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Pyleoclim
Analyse proxy variability while retaining the chronology and sampling assumptions. Version 1.3.0 requires Python 3.12 or newer; use an isolated environment.
Inputs and method selection
Establish the proxy units, archive type, time direction and origin: years CE, years before 1950 and ka BP are different coordinate systems. Record missing values, duplicate times and age uncertainties before sorting or removing rows. Do not interpolate across hiatuses silently. A proxy is not automatically a calibrated temperature or precipitation observation.
Use Lomb–Scargle for an explicitly retained irregular chronology; use methods requiring regular sampling only after justified resampling and sensitivity checks. Compare spectral peaks with an appropriate autocorrelated null model, sampling window and multiple-testing policy. Power alone is not a significance level.
Irregular synthetic series
This deterministic 20-year sinusoid is an API and frequency-recovery check, not a significance test on field data. Time is elapsed years, never a BP chronology.
# example: irregular-spectrum
import numpy as np
import pyleoclim as pyleo
time_year = np.arange(200, dtype=float) + 0.15 * np.sin(np.arange(200))
proxy = np.sin(2 * np.pi * time_year / 20)
series = pyleo.Series(time=time_year, value=proxy, time_name="Elapsed time",
time_unit="year", value_name="Synthetic proxy",
value_unit="dimensionless", verbose=False)
frequency_per_year = np.linspace(0.01, 0.2, 1000)
spectrum = series.spectral(method="lomb_scargle", freq=frequency_per_year,
settings={"n50": 1, "window": "boxcar"})
valid_spectrum = np.isfinite(spectrum.amplitude)
if not valid_spectrum.any():
raise ValueError("No finite spectral estimates")
peak_period_year = 1 / spectrum.frequency[valid_spectrum][
np.argmax(spectrum.amplitude[valid_spectrum])]
The benchmark uses a single full-length, untapered segment. Pyleoclim's default
overlapping tapered segments smooth the spectrum; record that choice explicitly
when comparing peak locations or resolutions across methods.
The method can mark unstable edge estimates as NaN. Retain that mask and report
the usable frequency range; an unchecked argmax can select a NaN edge instead
of the signal peak.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

pyleoclim is a skill published in the GitHub repository SteadfastAsArt/geoscience-skills (70 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 56 tokens to every session and 799 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-16.
