Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00143 | $0.01499 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00057 | $0.00600 |

| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00014 | $0.00150 |
Grade A, and why
sales-research-digest scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 86 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Sales Research Digest
The PMM cannot see what salespeople do with the research skills. This skill reads the logs those skills already write, checks your CRM for what happened next, and writes one report in plain words: what happened, what it means and what to do. It never writes the brain and never contacts anyone. Everything it suggests waits for your yes.
Trigger
- When: The PMM wants the weekly view of the sales research skills, or asks how they are used.
- Not for: All skills together →
meta-synthesis. One company →prospect-research. One customer →customer-context. A competitor →competitive-profile. - Examples: "Weekly sales digest" · "Which research briefs did sellers ignore?" · "What did sellers see at prospects since 1 Nov?" (
since)
Inputs
- Args: mode
weekly(default, last 7 days),since [date]orask(one question about the logs). - Context keys:
/context/prospects/(_usage.md,_patterns.md,_outcomes.md, saved briefs),/context/customers/_patterns.md,/context/skill-sessions.md(rows for the two sales skills),_config.md(digest_delivery,usage_identity,pmm_owner), the~~CRMconnector, and the brain Sections 2, 3 and 6 to say where an action belongs. - Brain contract: Reads Sections 2, 3 and 6. Never writes the brain. Brain edits are proposals (
references/actions.md).
Connectors (Optional)
~~CRM (outcomes), ~~cloud storage (optional Doc copy), ~~team chat (the Slack summary). Rules and matching: references/sources.md. No CRM: the report still works and says outcomes are blind.
Pre-flight
- Route check (first). A request about all skills, one company or one customer: name the right skill in one line and stop.
- Nothing to read. If
_usage.mdis missing or empty, stop and say how to start: runprospect-researchon a real company. - Too little data. Under 30 briefs in the period: still write the report, headline it "not enough data to judge", and show counts only.
- EMEA. If
usage_identity: team, or the team is in Europe and the setting is unset, show team labels, not names, everywhere.
What ships with it
4 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
