Principles
- Defaults you didn't set are still decisions — make tracking, lazy loading, and logging explicit.
- Entity config belongs in
IEntityTypeConfiguration<T>classes onceOnModelCreatinggrows. - Never leak parameter values into logs in production.
- Cascade-delete behavior should be intentional, not whatever EF inferred.
