Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade C, and why
workflows-setup scanned grade C with 2 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Set Up SDLC Delegated Workflows
Install Archon, build the sdlc-worker:base + sdlc-worker:full
Docker images, and copy SDLC workflow templates and command prompts
into the project.
Arguments
- (no argument) or
--with-docker(default) — full setup: host Archon + workflows + Docker images. Recommended — this is the state in which/sdlc-workflows:workflows-runwill actually work. --workflows-only— host Archon + workflows, no Docker build. Only use this when you know you already havesdlc-worker:baseand:fullfrom an earlier setup; a fresh project that picks this will seeworkflows-runfail at the first node with "image not found".--health-check— run diagnostic checks only (skip steps 1-8).
When --health-check is passed, skip steps 1-8 and go directly to
step 9.
Default behaviour (no args) is --with-docker so a first-time
user ends up in a working state without having to know which flags
to pass.
Steps
1. Check if Archon is already installed
The upstream installer (curl -fsSL https://archon.diy/install | bash)
drops the binary at ~/.bun/bin/archon because Archon is a Bun
runtime app. On macOS this directory is not on the default shell
PATH — so the binary exists but command -v archon returns nothing
unless the user already has ~/.bun/bin on PATH.
Detect both cases, because "not on PATH" is very different from "not installed" (running the installer again is wasted work):
if command -v archon >/dev/null 2>&1; then
ARCHON_STATUS=on-path
ARCHON_BIN=$(command -v archon)
elif [ -x "$HOME/.bun/bin/archon" ]; then
ARCHON_STATUS=installed-not-on-path
ARCHON_BIN="$HOME/.bun/bin/archon"
else
ARCHON_STATUS=missing
fi
If on-path: report and skip to step 3:
Archon is already installed and on PATH (version X.Y.Z).
If installed-not-on-path: the binary exists but won't be found
by /sdlc-workflows:workflows-run. Do NOT re-run the installer —
that's wasted work. Tell the user explicitly and have them choose:
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

workflows-setup is a skill published in the GitHub repository SteveGJones/ai-first-sdlc-practices (41 stars, last pushed 15d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 36 tokens to every session and 4,212 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it C with 2 findings (downloads and executes remote code, makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.

deploy-docker-compose
Run the Omnigent server as a Docker compose stack (server + Postgres) on any Docker host — your laptop, a VPS, EC2 by hand, or as the base layer of any container-platform deploy. Update the BDD test container image when its dependencies or runtime change. Determines version bump (major vs minor vs patch), rebuilds the Docker image, pushes to GitLab registry, and updates the image tag in starttest.sh.
