Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00071 | $0.00405 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00028 | $0.00162 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00014 | $0.00081 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00040 |
Grade A, and why
find-tech-jobs scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Find tech jobs with freehire
freehire aggregates IT job postings from many company career boards and job sites. Every result names the board it came from and links to the employer's original posting. All tools are read-only.
Tools
search_jobs— find postings. Filter byskills,seniority,work_mode,countries,cities,salary_min+salary_currency,visa_sponsorship,employment_type,posted_within_days,company_slugs.get_job— read one posting in full by thesluga search result carries.search_companies— find employers by name or by the countries they hire in, with their open-role counts.get_company— read one employer byslug.
How to use them well
- Search first, then call
get_jobonly for the postings the user wants to read in full. - Countries are ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 codes (
de,br,us), not names. - Geography filters are a union:
countriespluscitiesreturns postings matching any of them, not their intersection. Describe results accordingly. - If a result lists
ignored_params, that filter value was not recognised and the answer is wider than asked. Retry with a supported value instead of telling the user nothing exists. - Always show the source board and the original posting link so the user can apply on the employer's site. freehire cannot apply, save jobs or contact employers on the user's behalf.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

find-tech-jobs is a skill published in the GitHub repository strelov1/freehire-mcp (13 stars, last pushed 5d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 71 tokens to every session and 405 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-16.
Other skills, from other repositories
freehire-mail-triage
Use when sorting a job seeker's application mail into the freehire tracker from their own mail client (himalaya, mbsync, notmuch, the Gmail API, any IMAP) — pushing a fetched batch, judging what each message is, linking it to an application, advancing a stage from a reply, or draining the two queues the matcher fills…
resume-tailor
Use when tailoring a resume or CV to a job, creating a general resume variant, editing resume sections, reviewing ATS readability or job fit, or preparing an application cover letter.
onboarding
Use when creating or updating a candidate master profile from resumes, career notes or supplied facts, organizing career-source provenance, or resolving profile identity, conflicts and disclosure preferences.
resume-jd-optimizer-cn
A Chinese résumé-editing workflow that matches a résumé to a job description using only confirmed experience and evidence.
using-freehire
Use when orienting in the freehire CLI as a whole — installing it, authenticating with an API key, working out which of its surfaces answers a job seeker's question, or troubleshooting a 401. The task skills do the work; this one is the map and the setup.
job-triage
Search and classify job-related emails in Outlook Web — rejections / interview invites / action required / confirmations / recruiter outreach / other. Proactively invoke this skill (do NOT answer conversationally) when the user asks "check my inbox", "check Outlook", "any replies", "triage my inbox", "any rejections"…
