claude-org-ja: Skill for Claude Code

.claude/skills/org-escalation/SKILL.md

org-escalation is a skill for Claude Code from suisya-systems/claude-org-ja. It costs 173 tokens per session (3,730 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

An escalation procedure for forwarding worker requests about approvals, judgment calls, scope changes, unexpected situations, or blockers to a human.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when a worker asks whether to continue, proposes expanding the scope, or reports a deviation or blocker. Normal progress and completion messages are handled elsewhere.
Why use it?
It prevents the coordinator from approving decisions that should belong to a person.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00173 $0.03730
Opus 5 $0.00086 $0.01865
Sonnet 5 $0.00035 $0.00746
Haiku 4.5 $0.00017 $0.00373

Measured 12d ago against content hash f3cb3a751ecf, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

org-escalation scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

ORG_TRANSPORT=renga(opt-in、切戻し可)では MCP サーバー名が renga-peers になり、完全修飾名が mcp__org-broker__*mcp__renga-peers__* に機械置換される(引数形・セマンティクスは同一なので操作の論理は変わらない)。

ワーカー ack(to_id="worker-{task_id}")・retro gate ack(to_id="dispatcher")・ディスパッチャー handover 経路の send_message / check_messages / send_keys / inspect_pane は同じツール名(mcp__org-broker__*)で動く。
詳細は .dispatcher/references/spawn-flow.md 3-2 / 3-3b、設計は broker-native-roles.md §9.5)。ORG_TRANSPORT=renga(opt-in)では --dangerously-load-development-channels server:renga-peers を注入し「Load development channel?」
  • エラー分岐(既定 = broker 拡張コード込み): 既定 broker は shared codes(pane_not_found / last_pane / invalid-params、Surface 6)に加え broker 固有 [token_invalid] / [session_invalid] / [tool_not_authorized] / [no_backend](= adapter_unavailable)/ [nudge_failed] / [peer_not_found] / [name_taken] / [unknown_tool] を返しうる(未知コードは default-branch で escalate)。

どれが欠落してもディスパッチャーの SECRETARY_RELAY_GAP_SUSPECTED 検出 (../../../.dispatcher/references/worker-monitoring.md Step 5.1) が誤発火 / 見逃しになる。
