Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00152 | $0.01428 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00061 | $0.00571 |

Grade A, and why
ty-sysplorer-dependency-guard scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 19d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 111 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Sysplorer Dependency Guard (modelica_lite / mogick)
Use this as a thin add-on to ty-sysplorer-modeling-rules and any active domain skill.
Platform: SYSPLORER_PLATFORM_LABEL=modelica_lite / mols (mogick app). This pack does
not preinstall full Modelica / TY commercial .mol files — treat missing libs as normal.
The domain skill chooses the modeling library and components; this skill ensures required libraries are analyzed, downloadable, installed (when gate allows), refreshed, loaded, and re-verified before work continues.
Hard Rules (modelica_lite)
- Load locally first. Call
load_library(action="load")before any plan/download.session_managerpaths.dependency_download_enabled=falseonly gates remote install; it does not mean TA/Modelica/TY libraries are absent. - Do not assume libraries are present after a failed load.
Modelica,TYMedia,TYThermoFluidSys, and other TY/TA packs are often missing untilload_libraryinstalls them (or the host preinstalls). - Silent
LoadLibrary returned Falsecounts as missing. On modelica_lite there may be no 「模型库未安装」 text. Anyload_library/LoadLibraryok: falsemust enter this guard. - Plan first, then prepare. After a load failure:
load_library(action="plan", library_name=...)(ormodel_name=...)- If
install_if_missingand gate open →prepare/downloadwithdry_run=false,download_missing=true, preferload_after_download=true
- Treat missing model libraries as actionable, not as a user handoff. Do not only report and stop.
- Do not treat
load_library(action="load")as a downloader. Do not retryaction="load"in a loop. - Do not treat
load_library(action="plan")or any call withdry_run=trueas installation. - Before any download/prepare decision, respect the downloadable catalog resolver. Only the
resolver's
resolved_namemay be used for download, latest lookup, and package naming. - If
library_name_resolution.statusisambiguous_library_nameorunknown_library_name, do not download. Return the candidates or the not-downloadable status. - If
dependency_download_gate.enabled=false, report that real download/install requires the MCP server to be started with--user-workspace. Keep the plan output; do not claim install succeeded. - After prepare/download succeeds, return to the original operation (
load_library,load_file,check_model, etc.) and re-verify once.
What ships with it
8 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

ty-sysplorer-dependency-guard is a skill published in the GitHub repository Suzhou-Tongyuan/sysplorer-mcp-server (10 stars, last pushed 20d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 152 tokens to every session and 1,428 once invoked, about $0.0006 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-13.
