Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00192 | $0.01133 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00096 | $0.00566 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00038 | $0.00227 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00019 | $0.00113 |
Grade A, and why
email-content-ideas scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 82 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Brainstorm Email And Newsletter Content Ideas
Brainstorm 10 email and newsletter content ideas from any starting point — even if that starting point is "I have no idea what to write about this week."
Why This Works
Most creators don't have a content problem — they have an angle problem. They know their niche but can't figure out what specifically to say next. This skill solves that by combining 6 proven email content categories (educational, story-driven, curated, promotional, engagement, and contrarian) with your specific niche, audience, and offers to generate ideas you'd actually want to write. Every idea comes with a subject line, angle, and format recommendation so you can go from "blank screen" to "drafting" in minutes.
How to Use This Skill
When triggered, ask the user for:
To brainstorm email ideas, I need some quick context:
- What's your niche/topic? — What do you write about?
- Who's your audience? — Who reads your emails?
- What's your paid offer? (if any) — So ideas can naturally lead there
- Any constraints? — Topics to avoid, recent themes you've already covered, or a specific goal for this batch (nurture, sell, engage, grow)?
- Starting point (optional) — A theme, a quote, something that happened this week, a question you got, or just "surprise me"
If the user says something vague like "I just need ideas" or "I don't know what to write" — that's fine. Work with whatever they give you, even if it's just their niche.
Process
Step 1: Identify the Mix
Every batch of 10 ideas should include a healthy spread across these categories:
- Educational (2-3) — Teach something specific, share a framework, break down a process
- Story-driven (2) — Personal experience, client story, lesson learned, behind-the-scenes
- Contrarian/Opinion (1-2) — Challenge conventional wisdom, share an unpopular take, reframe a belief
- Curated/Resource (1) — Share tools, links, resources, or other people's content with your take
- Engagement (1) — Ask a question, run a poll, invite replies, start a conversation
- Promotional (1) — Soft-sell or bridge to paid offer through value-first content
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

email-content-ideas is a skill published in the GitHub repository swan-gtm/gtm-skills (150 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 192 tokens to every session and 1,133 once invoked, about $0.0010 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.
