What is data-quality-check?

A data audit for customer relationship management (CRM) and customer-success platform records. It checks whether required fields are complete, current, consistent, and linked to existing records.

Use it before reporting cycles, after customer-success manager changes, or when analytics seem wrong. It creates a field-by-field data quality scorecard.

It helps find unreliable customer data before it affects reports or analytics. It also highlights which problems should be fixed first.
