What is milestone-tracker?

A way to monitor onboarding milestones for one customer or a group of customers. Milestones are important stages or targets in the process of getting a customer started.

Use it to check milestone status, identify at-risk onboarding work, and review progress across accounts using Asana, Linear, Jira, Monday, or customer-success input.

It makes it easier to see what is on track, at risk, or needs escalation. It can use project-management data or information entered by the customer-success team.
