party-funding-data

party-funding-data is a skill for Claude Code from taivop/marketplace. It costs 31 tokens per session (696 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A retrieval guide for Estonia’s political-party funding data from the ERJK, the body that oversees party financing. It covers quarterly and election reports containing income, spending, donors, and suppliers.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to query party revenues, expenses, receipts, donors, suppliers, funding categories, and comparisons across reporting periods.
Why use it?
It provides both summary queries for comparing parties and detailed report records for inspecting individual transactions. It keeps the relevant party, category, period, quarter, or election event attached to the results.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00031 $0.00696
Opus 5 $0.00015 $0.00348
Sonnet 5 $0.00006 $0.00139
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00070

Security

Grade A, and why

party-funding-data scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Party Funding Data (ERJK)

Use when

  • You need party revenue, expenditure, donor, or supplier data.
  • You need quarterly or election-report comparisons across parties.

Avoid when

  • You need party membership records; use political-party-membership.

Endpoints

  • OpenAPI YAML: https://www.erjk.ee/avaandmed/erjkapi.yaml
  • Parties: https://erjk.ee/api/quarterly-reports/parties
  • Party reports: https://erjk.ee/api/quarterly-reports/quarters/{party_id}
  • One report: https://erjk.ee/api/quarterly-reports/{report_id}?report_type=receipts
  • Receipt query: https://erjk.ee/api/quarterly-reports/queries/receipts?party_id=159&category_id=all&period=2025&quarter=quarter
  • Expense query: https://erjk.ee/api/quarterly-reports/queries/expenses?party_id=159&category_id=all_by_group&period=2025&quarter=quarter
  • Election events: https://erjk.ee/api/events
  • Classifiers: https://erjk.ee/api/categories/receipts, https://erjk.ee/api/categories/expenses

Workflow

  1. Resolve party_id, category IDs, or election event_id from their list endpoints.
  2. Use aggregate query endpoints for comparisons; use report endpoints for record-level receipts or expenses.
  3. Preserve the exact query URL and return numeric amounts without silently rounding.

Access reality

  • Public unauthenticated JSON API, verified 2026-07-14.
  • The 2025 receipt example returns party/category/quarter rows with amount, period, party_id, party_name, category_id, category_name, and quarter.
  • Requests may redirect from /api/... to /et/api/...; allow redirects.

Request contract

  • report_type is required on individual quarterly and election report endpoints and accepts receipts or expenses.
  • party_id accepts a numeric ID, all, or all_sum where documented.
  • category_id supports endpoint-specific aggregate values such as all, all_by_group, and all_sum.
  • quarter=quarter groups a selected year by quarter; q1 through q4 select quarter bounds.
  • The OpenAPI period enum is stale and stops at 2022; discover newer years from party report lists rather than rejecting them locally.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
