Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00023 $0.00404
Opus 5 $0.00012 $0.00202
Sonnet 5 $0.00005 $0.00081
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00040

Security

Grade A, and why

state-assets-register scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

State Real Estate Register Open Data

Use this source for state real estate, land, buildings, structures, proceedings, contracts, and real-estate complexes. Use state-ownership-data for state-owned companies and foundations.

Endpoints

Base: https://riigivara.fin.ee/rkvr/api/avaandmed

Extract URL suffix XML root
Real estate /KINNISVARAD kinnisvarad
Land /MAAD maad
Buildings /HOONED hooned
Structures /RAJATISED rajatised
Proceedings /MENETLUSED menetlused
Contracts /LEPINGUD lepingud
Real-estate complexes /KINNISVARAYKSUSED kinnisvarayksused
  • Schema: https://riigivara.fin.ee/rkvr/api/avaandmed-xsd
  • Human index: https://riigivara.fin.ee/rkvr-frontend/#/aruanded/avaandmed

Workflow

  1. Download the XSD and only the extracts needed for the question. The files are regenerated nightly.
  2. Parse XML using the XSD element names; preserve register identifiers and relationship keys so records can be joined across extracts.
  3. Keep the canonical endpoint, retrieval time, and extract type. Treat the response as XML even though extract endpoints report text/plain.

Verification

  • Each extract returns an attachment named after its lowercase root, such as kinnisvarad.xml.
  • The XSD returns application/xsd+xml and defines the extract structures.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
