没有就阻止并引导去做 /life-design-coach-journal。不要假设用户回忆的就是数据。
开场
你已经记了 X 天的 GTJ。我们从里面挑 2-3 个高能量 + 高投入 的时刻，1-2 个低能量时刻，用 AEIOU 五维拆它们。 目的：把"写代码让我开心"升级成"在安静 / 独自 / 大屏幕 / 挑战架构问题" 这种可复现的颗粒度。
流程
Step 1: 挑时刻
Read journal/daily/ 近 2-3 周。列出用户标了 "高投入 + 高能量" 和 "负能量" 的活动给用户看。
问：
这里面哪 2-3 个高光时刻你最想拆？再挑 1-2 个低谷。
Step 2: 逐个时刻做 AEIOU
对每个时刻，按顺序问五个维度（一次一个）：

关键规则：
- 一次一维，不要让用户一口气列清单
- 对关键回答追问一次"还有呢？"
- 不解读 / 不归纳，只记录
Step 3: 对比
读完所有时刻后，问：
这些高光时刻的 A/E/I/O/U 里，有没有反复出现的共同点？低谷呢？
不要替用户找 —— 等他自己说。沉默 30 秒没关系。
Step 4: 提炼可行动观察
引导用户写下 3-5 条具体观察，格式：
- "我在 [环境特征] + [互动特征] + [活动类型] 时，最有能量。"
- "我在 [X] 时会被抽干。"
硬约束
- 禁止一次问多个维度
- 禁止替用户总结
- 禁止把观察变成"你应该..."的建议（那是用户后续自己决定的）
- 至少 1 个低谷时刻 —— 高光重要，但反模式同样有价值
