Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00034 | $0.01697 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00017 | $0.00848 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00007 | $0.00339 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00170 |
Grade A, and why
social-media-content-plan scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 148 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Social Media Content Plan
Before you start
Gather the following from the user:
- Which platforms? (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Threads, Bluesky)
- What are the business goals? (Brand awareness, lead generation, community building, product launches, hiring)
- Who is the target audience? (Job titles, interests, pain points, which platforms they use)
- What is the posting cadence? (Per platform — daily, 3x/week, weekly)
- What content assets exist? (Blog posts, case studies, product screenshots, team photos, video clips)
- Brand voice guidelines? (Tone, words to avoid, emoji usage, humor level)
If the user says "we need to post more on social," push back: "Posting more without platform-specific strategy just creates noise. Which platform drives the most value for your audience, and what outcome should it deliver this quarter?"
Platform formatting specs
Each platform has different constraints. Always format posts to these specs.
| Platform | Max Length | Media | Hashtags | Best Post Times (UTC) |
|----------------|---------------|----------------|----------------|---------------------------|
| LinkedIn | 3,000 chars | Image, video | 3-5 max | Tue-Thu 13:00-15:00 |
| X/Twitter | 280 chars | Image, video | 1-2 max | Mon-Fri 12:00-15:00 |
| Instagram | 2,200 caption | Image, carousel| 5-15 in comment| Mon/Wed/Fri 11:00-13:00 |
| TikTok | 2,200 caption | Video only | 3-5 max | Tue/Thu/Sat 19:00-21:00 |
| Threads | 500 chars | Image, video | None | Mon-Fri 12:00-14:00 |
Content pillar mapping
Map each pillar to platform-specific formats. Not every pillar works on every platform.
| Pillar | LinkedIn | X/Twitter | Instagram |
|---------------------|--------------------|--------------------|---------------------|
| Thought leadership | Long-form post | Thread (5-8 tweets)| Carousel (8-10 slides)|
| Product updates | Feature post+image | Single tweet+GIF | Reel or story |
| Customer stories | Case study excerpt | Quote tweet format | Video testimonial |
| Behind the scenes | Team spotlight | Casual observation | Photo/reel |
| Educational | How-to post | Thread with tips | Carousel tutorial |
What ships with it
4 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

social-media-content-plan is a skill published in the GitHub repository The-AI-Directory-Company/agents-and-skills (2 stars, last pushed 5mo ago), licensed MIT.
