  1. Write the routing. The frontmatter triggers: array IS the routing — phrase each entry the way a user would actually say it. There is no separate routing file to update.
  2. Confirm discovery. list_skills should return the new slug, and get_skill {name} should return the file you just wrote.
  3. Verify. Run memex skillpack check to confirm the new skill passes conformance.

Output Format

New skills/{name}/SKILL.md file, discoverable via list_skills with triggers that route.
