toflow-get-started

toflow-get-started is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from toflow-ai/toflow-mcp. It costs 52 tokens per session (369 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A setup guide for confirming the active toflow.ai workspace, connected sending accounts, and account usage before outreach. It checks whether the requested email, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp channel is available.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it at the start of an outreach session to identify the workspace, connected accounts, workspace members, and the appropriate sending account.
Why use it?
It prevents actions from being sent through the wrong workspace or an unavailable account, and surfaces account limits when several accounts are connected.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00052 $0.00369
Opus 5.5 $0.00021 $0.00148
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00010 $0.00074
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00037

Security

Grade A, and why

toflow-get-started scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

toflow — Get Started

Run this before any multi-step workflow (prospecting, sequences, enrichment) if you haven't already confirmed the workspace this session is operating in.

Steps

  1. Call get_workspace to confirm which workspace is active and who is logged in. Tell the user which workspace you're operating in before taking any action on their data.
  2. Call list_workspace_members if you need to assign a task or attribute an action to a specific teammate.
  3. Call list_connected_accounts to see which email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp accounts are connected. Outreach tools (send_email, send_linkedin_message, send_whatsapp_message, sequence enrollment) all require at least one connected account for that channel.
    • If no account is connected for the channel the user wants to use, tell them directly — don't attempt the action and let it fail.
  4. If multiple accounts are connected for a channel, call get_account_load_stats to check daily send limits and current utilization, and ask the user which account to use rather than picking one silently.
  5. Call list_message_accounts and set_primary_account only if the user wants to change their default sending account for LinkedIn/WhatsApp.

Guardrails

  • Don't guess which workspace or account to act on — confirm explicitly if more than one option exists.
  • Don't proceed into a prospecting, enrichment, or sequence workflow if the required connected account is missing; tell the user what to connect first.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
