Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00056 | $0.00681 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00022 | $0.00272 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00011 | $0.00136 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00006 | $0.00068 |
Grade A, and why
toflow-manage-email scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 38 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
toflow — Manage Email
Handles one-off, ad-hoc email actions. For emails that are part of a multi-step outreach flow, use the toflow-create-sequence skill instead.
Reading
list_emails— find emails by person, account, status, date range, or search query.get_email— read a single email's full content, recipients, send status, open tracking, and thread info.
Composing and sending
- Call
get_draft_email_guidebeforedraft_email. Always calllist_connected_accountsfirst (even with one account) and have the user explicitly choose — don't default to one. Before composing anything, check that account's signature is set up (has_signature); if not, stop and have the user set one (Settings > Email Accounts, orset_email_signature) before drafting. - Resolve the recipient: if given a name, search for the person (
list_records) and confirm if there are multiple matches. If the person has no email on file but has alinkedin_url, enrich it automatically (enrich_person_email) rather than asking the user for it. draft_emailtakeshtml_body, not plain text — compose it as HTML using<p>tags with inline styles (e.g.<p style="margin: 0; margin-bottom: 12px; font-size: 14px;">Hi John,</p>). Do not include a sign-off/signature — appended server-side automatically.- Show the full draft (from, to, subject, body) to the user and iterate until approved.
- Call
draft_emailonly after explicit approval, then share the returned draft URL and ask if they want it sent now. - Call
send_emailonly after explicit approval. This cannot be undone. - For replies in an existing thread, use
reply_to_email(pass the thread ID) rather than starting a new email — keeps the conversation in one thread. - Use
forward_emailto forward to new recipients, with an optional message prefixed. - Use
update_draftto edit a draft before sending (only the fields provided are changed), anddelete_draftto remove one that's no longer needed (cannot be undone). For drafted LinkedIn/WhatsApp messages, seetoflow-manage-conversations.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

toflow-manage-email is a skill published in the GitHub repository toflow-ai/toflow-mcp (6 stars, last pushed 5d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 56 tokens to every session and 681 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings.
