requesting-code-reviewskill or the next gated workflow step. - FORBIDDEN BEHAVIORS:
- Hypothetical/paraphrase wording ("should work", "probably", "seems to", "looks correct", "ready") before fresh evidence.
- Premature satisfaction ("Done!", "Great!", "Perfect!") before verification output is read.
