Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00038 | $0.00747 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00019 | $0.00374 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00008 | $0.00149 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00004 | $0.00075 |
Grade A, and why
skill-043-daily-budget-to-cpa-ratio-check scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Skill 043: Daily Budget-to-CPA Ratio Check
Purpose
Smart Bidding algorithms need sufficient daily budget to test bids, gather conversion data, and optimize effectively. Google recommends daily budgets of at least 5-10x the target CPA. This skill identifies campaigns with budget-to-CPA ratios below recommended thresholds and provides budget adjustment recommendations.
Data Requirements
Data Source: Standard
Standard Data:
data/account/campaigns/*/campaign.md- Budget, Target CPA, bidding strategydata/performance/campaigns/*/campaign_metrics_30_days.md- Actual CPA, conversions, spend
Reference GAQL:
SELECT
campaign.id,
campaign.name,
campaign_budget.amount_micros,
campaign.bidding_strategy_type,
campaign.target_cpa.target_cpa_micros,
metrics.cost_micros,
metrics.conversions,
metrics.average_cpc,
campaign.status
FROM campaign
WHERE campaign.status = 'ENABLED'
AND segments.date DURING LAST_30_DAYS
Use /google-ads:get-custom if you need target CPA values not in standard export.
Analysis Steps
-
Calculate budget-to-CPA ratios: Using Target CPA: Ratio = Daily Budget / Target CPA. Using Actual CPA: Ratio = Daily Budget / (30-day Cost / 30-day Conversions).
-
Apply ratio thresholds: <2x = Critical (severely constrained), 2-5x = Low (limited optimization), 5-10x = Adequate, 10-20x = Good, >20x = Excellent.
-
Assess Smart Bidding eligibility: Cross-reference ratio with bidding strategy type and conversion volume.
-
Identify ROAS equivalent issues: For Target ROAS campaigns, check budget supports 5-10 conversions/day at target efficiency.
-
Calculate recommended budgets: Minimum = CPA * 5, Recommended = CPA * 10.
Thresholds
| Condition | Severity |
|---|---|
| Ratio <2x + Smart Bidding | Critical |
| Ratio 2-3x + Smart Bidding | High |
| Ratio 3-5x + Smart Bidding | Warning |
| Conv/day <1 at current budget | Warning |
| Ratio <5x + Manual CPC | Info |
| Ratio >20x + low spend | Info |
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

skill-043-daily-budget-to-cpa-ratio-check is a skill published in the GitHub repository TrueClicks/claude-plugins (2 stars, last pushed 2mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 38 tokens to every session and 747 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
