Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00029 $0.00713
Opus 5 $0.00015 $0.00357
Sonnet 5 $0.00006 $0.00143
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00071

Security

Grade A, and why

skill-054-geographic-performance-analysis scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Skill 054: Geographic Performance Analysis

Purpose

Geographic performance varies significantly, and optimizing bid adjustments by location can improve overall account efficiency. This skill analyzes performance by location, identifies high and low performers, and recommends bid adjustments.

Data Requirements

Data Source: Custom GAQL Required

The standard export does not include location-segmented performance metrics.

Standard Data:

  • data/account/campaigns/*/bid_adjustments.md - Current location bid modifiers

GAQL Query:

SELECT
  campaign.name,
  geographic_view.country_criterion_id,
  geographic_view.location_type,
  segments.geo_target_region,
  segments.geo_target_metro,
  segments.geo_target_city,
  metrics.impressions,
  metrics.clicks,
  metrics.cost_micros,
  metrics.conversions,
  metrics.conversions_value
FROM geographic_view
WHERE segments.date DURING LAST_30_DAYS
  AND metrics.impressions > 0

Run via /google-ads:get-custom with query name geographic_performance.

Analysis Steps

  1. Gather geographic performance data: Use custom GAQL to fetch location-level performance, load current bid adjustments.

  2. Calculate performance metrics by location: CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS, Cost Share, Conversion Share.

  3. Identify optimization opportunities: High performers (CPA >20% below average), underperformers (CPA >30% above average), exclusion candidates (CPA >3x average).

  4. Generate bid adjustment recommendations: Require minimum 10 conversions for increase recommendations, minimum 100 clicks for decrease recommendations.

Thresholds

Condition Severity
CPA 40%+ below average (with volume) Critical (increase bid)
CPA 50%+ above average High (decrease bid)
Zero conversions with $50+ spend High (exclude)
CPA 20-40% below average Warning (moderate increase)
CPA 30-50% above average Warning (moderate decrease)
CPA within 10% of average Info

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
