Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5 | $0.00139 | $0.01862 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00069 | $0.00931 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00028 | $0.00372 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00014 | $0.00186 |
Grade A, and why
marklogic-bulk-import scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 154 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
MarkLogic Bulk Import & Reprocess
Flux is the first-choice path for any bulk or URL-based load. Prefer it over
ml_eval_javascript (≈10 KB payload cap, no parallelism) and ml_document_put
(one document at a time) for anything beyond ~5–10 documents.
Choosing the subcommand
| Source | subcommand |
|---|---|
| CSV / TSV / delimited | import-delimited-files |
| Individual JSON or XML files (one file → one document) | import-files |
| A JSON file containing an array of records, or JSONL | import-aggregate-json-files |
| Parquet / Avro / ORC | import-parquet-files / import-avro-files / import-orc-files |
| Relational database | import-jdbc |
| MLCP archive | import-mlcp-archive |
| Turtle / N-Triples / JSON-LD / RDF-XML | import-rdf-files |
import-files does not parse JSONL — each line would be treated as a separate
file path. Multi-record JSON always uses import-aggregate-json-files.
Canonical recipes
1. CSV from a public URL with auto-TDE (most common)
subcommand="import-delimited-files", http_url="https://example.com/data.csv",
collections=["my-data"], generate_tde=true, tde_schema="myschema", tde_view="myview"
2. Socrata open data — use the resource API, not the bulk export:
a) subcommand="import-delimited-files", http_url="https://data.wa.gov/resource/abc.csv?$limit=50000"
b) subcommand="import-files", http_url="https://data.wa.gov/resource/abc.json?$limit=50000"
See references/socrata-and-open-data.md before using any /rows.* endpoint.
3. Headerless CSV (e.g. GDELT events)
subcommand="import-delimited-files", http_url="https://...",
column_names=["Col1","Col2",...], extra_args=["--delimiter","\t","--ignore-null-fields"]
4. JDBC
subcommand="import-jdbc", jdbc_url="jdbc:postgresql://host/db",
jdbc_driver="org.postgresql.Driver", query="SELECT * FROM mytable",
collections=["my-data"], generate_tde=true
The driver JAR must be on the flux-runner classpath.
What ships with it
4 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

marklogic-bulk-import is a skill published in the GitHub repository tternquist/marklogic-mcp (3 stars, last pushed 14d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 139 tokens to every session and 1,862 once invoked, about $0.0007 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
