Stay Consistent With Earlier-Round Artifacts

  1. Read prior artifacts first: Earlier rounds wrote files into the workspace. Read the relevant ones before producing new output.
  2. Reconcile, don't contradict: New output must agree with established facts and decisions unless the current task explicitly says to revise them.
  3. Carry forward stable facts: Observation keys, evidence strings, and identifiers established earlier should be reused verbatim.
  4. Surface genuine conflicts: If the task's requirements truly conflict with a prior artifact, state the conflict rather than silently picking one side.

Example: An evidence-matrix round reuses the exact observation keys already present in damage_log.json.

Anti-pattern: Re-deriving facts from scratch and producing values that contradict a prior round's file.
