gaze: Skill for OpenCode

.opencode/skills/dispatch-advisor/SKILL.md

dispatch-advisor is a skill for OpenCode from unbound-force/gaze. It costs 39 tokens per session (1,011 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A planning step that prepares how review work should be distributed among specialised review agents.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it before code, specification, issue-triage, feedback, or test-review workflows that need several review agents.
Why use it?
It keeps reviewer selection, review limits, and risk-based additions in one controlled process instead of reimplementing those rules in each command.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00039 $0.01011
Opus 5.5 $0.00016 $0.00404
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00008 $0.00202
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00101

Security

Grade A, and why

dispatch-advisor scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Skill: Dispatch Advisor

Create one validated dispatch plan before a Divisor workflow starts child review sessions. This skill adapts the verified fullsend advisor while removing fullsend-only and content-persona review behavior.

The review-dispatch plugin owns policy. This skill and every consuming command MUST call plan_review_dispatch; they MUST NOT parse the review matrix or reviewer manifest, select reviewers, classify tiers, resolve models or variants, augment runs, deduplicate runs, or enforce limits on their own.

Inputs

Pass these raw inputs to plan_review_dispatch:

Input Contract
mode code, specs, triage, feedback, or test
discovered_agents Every discovered divisor-* agent name; do not pre-prune
full Whether the validated command arguments contain --full
augment Explicit caller opt-in to configured risk augmentation
changed_files For non-triage modes, path plus inserted/deleted counts for each changed file
issue For triage, raw title, nullable body, and comments with numeric id, creation time, and body

Do not synthesize a diff for issue triage. Do not summarize or normalize issue content before passing it to the tool. The planner owns Unicode and line-ending normalization, comment ordering, framing, hashing, keyword classification, and issue tier boundaries.

For diff-backed modes, pass the reviewed base-to-head file list and line counts. The planner owns Protocol 3 path classification, component span, security and user-facing signals, reviewer relevance, and total tiering. specs is retained as the command mode while the planner normalizes its matrix lookup to spec. test uses code profiling and restricts selection to divisor-testing.

Plan Contract

Treat the returned JSON bytes as authoritative. The planner emits version 1 with stable agent-name and run-sequence ordering. Every entry records:

  • agent and include/skip decision;
  • reason code and human-readable reason;
  • explicit, advisor, or host source;
  • positive per-agent sequence and read-only intent;
  • nullable tier, model, and variant; and
  • validation errors.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

dispatch-advisor is a skill published in the GitHub repository unbound-force/gaze (4 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 39 tokens to every session and 1,011 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-29.
