superposition

A method for preparing a normalized quantum state with only a small number of nonzero basis-state coefficients. It uses compact coefficient loading followed by a permutation of the supported basis states.

It is for exact state preparation, apart from floating-point rounding, when the target state has sparse computational-basis support.
Why use it?
It represents sparse states directly and avoids treating every possible basis state as relevant, although the current implementation still creates dense matrices.
