Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00049 | $0.01482 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00024 | $0.00741 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00010 | $0.00296 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00005 | $0.00148 |
Grade A, and why
re-engagement-email-writer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 101 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Re-Engagement Email Writer
What This Skill Does
Writes a targeted re-engagement email (or short sequence of two emails) for subscribers who have stopped opening the newsletter, designed to recover attention or prompt a clean unsubscribe before list hygiene becomes a deliverability problem.
When To Use This Skill
- Your email platform flags a segment of subscribers as "inactive" (typically: no opens in 60–90 days) and you need to either win them back or let them go cleanly
- Your open rates have been declining and you want to send a re-engagement campaign before a full list clean
- You are about to purge inactive subscribers and want to send a final chance email first
- You have significantly changed the newsletter's direction or improved its quality since some subscribers originally joined, and want to reintroduce yourself
What You Need To Provide
Required: Newsletter name and a brief description of what it covers; typical inactivity threshold you are targeting (e.g. "no opens in 90 days"); the newsletter's current voice and tone Optional: Any recent improvements or changes to the newsletter worth highlighting to lapsed subscribers; the consequences if they do not re-engage (will you remove them from the list?); a reason to stay (offer, exclusive content, or best recent edition); whether you want a single email or a two-email sequence
How the Assistant Approaches This
- Opens with direct acknowledgment of the gap — not guilt, not passive aggression, but honest recognition that the subscriber has not been opening and that is a normal thing to happen; this disarms defensiveness
- Gives the reader a specific reason to re-engage, not a generic "we miss you" — either a concrete recent piece they missed that is worth their time, a change in the newsletter worth knowing about, or a honest pitch for what they originally signed up for
- Makes the ask clear and low-friction: a single button or link, either to confirm they want to stay or to read a specific piece; the goal is one click, not a journey
- If a two-email sequence: the second email arrives 5–7 days later with a final, shorter message that acknowledges this is the last chance and removes the pressure by making unsubscribing feel like a valid and easy choice (this often triggers re-engagement paradoxically)
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
