Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00054 | $0.00953 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00027 | $0.00477 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00011 | $0.00191 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00005 | $0.00095 |
Grade A, and why
saas-growth-playbook scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 84 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
📦 Install
clawhub install saas-growth-playbook
What you get after installing:
- MRR milestone roadmaps with stage-specific tactics ($0→$1K, $1K→$10K, $10K→$50K)
- Pricing experiment frameworks and churn reduction playbooks ready to execute
- Cohort analysis templates and expansion revenue strategies for each growth phase
SaaS Growth Playbook — MRR from $0 to $50K
Revenue is the only metric that matters. This playbook is organized by MRR milestones.
- $0–$1K MRR: Finding first paying customers and validating willingness to pay
- $1K–$10K MRR: Pricing optimization and reducing early churn
- $10K–$50K MRR: Activation funnels, expansion revenue, and hiring your first marketer
- Retention levers: Cohort analysis, NPS-driven improvements, and re-engagement flows
- Benchmarks: Stage-appropriate metrics so you know if you're on track
Two Roads to $1M ARR (2026 addendum)
Every path to the first $1M reduces to one of two equations — mixing them too early stalls both:
- Enterprise leg: nine ~$100K accounts per year (a typical composition: $30–50K standard service + $30K implementation + $20K training)
- Self-serve leg: five hundred $200/yr subscriptions
Prove each as its own small closed loop before combining them into one forecast.
Getting paid — the part growth content skips
If enterprise deals enter your MRR mix, recognized revenue ≠ collected cash:
- Break payment into three tranches (3:4:3 or 4:4:2 across go-live milestones), collect 30% on signature day, and put a written daily late fee (0.5%/day) in the contract.
- Hold a technical bargaining chip: one or two features hosted on your own servers until the final payment clears — agreed openly before signing.
- Escalate unpaid balances to the most senior person you've met at the account, not your usual contact.
- Deal-over-deal trend to enforce: prepayment share up, tail-payment share down.
What ships with it
5 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

saas-growth-playbook is a skill published in the GitHub repository Gingiris-1031/gingiris-skills (79 stars, last pushed 6d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 54 tokens to every session and 953 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.

client-onboarding
Use when a deal closed or a user signed up and the first 30 days need an activation plan: sales→delivery handoff, one verifiable activation event, kickoff, and a 30/60/90 or day-0→14 plan with owners, dates and a measurable exit. NOT reactive ticket triage (that is customer-support), NOT renewals/churn past the…
people-ops
Use when the offer is signed and you now have to run the person — an onboarding plan from preboarding through the 30/60/90 ramp, drafting or auditing an internal policy or handbook section, standing up the recurring people rhythm (1:1s, review and goal cycles, headcount), or offboarding a leaver. NOT sourcing…
retention
Use when revenue is leaking out the bottom of the funnel and you need a program to keep, score and win back customers — a customer health score, NPS, catching churn signals before renewal, a cancellation save flow, or a win-back sequence, and reading GRR against NRR.
