입력이 없으면 먼저 두 스킬을 실행하라고 안내한다. 공고만 보고 세운 전략은 어느 회사에나 보내는 자기소개서와 다를 바가 없다.
실행 파이프라인
Phase 1. 비즈니스 모델 규정
회사가 누구에게 무엇을 팔아 어떻게 돈을 버는지를 한 문단으로 규정한다. 여기서 틀리면 이후 전략이 전부 틀어지므로, 근거를 반드시 붙인다.

양면시장 주의: 플랫폼 기업은 공급자와 수요자 중 어느 쪽이 지금 병목인지가 전략을 가른다. 공급자 확보가 병목이면 영업·파트너십 직군이 대거 채용되고, 수요자 확보가 병목이면 마케팅·그로스가 늘어난다. 채용 직군 분포가 곧 회사의 현재 병목을 알려준다.
Phase 2. 병목 가설 수립
BM을 규정했으면 "이 회사가 지금 어디서 막혀 있는가"를 가설로 세운다. 이 가설이 지원 전략의 축이 된다.
가설의 근거로 쓸 수 있는 것:
