Текст должен звучать как сообщение взрослого профессионального человека, а не как идеально отполированный ответ модели.
Рабочий процесс
- Определи жанр, адресата и задачу текста.
- Оцени исходник целиком: это живой текст с отдельными неудачными фразами или шаблонная заготовка, где машинный рисунок держится на композиции, одинаковой плотности и способе отбора фактов.
- Выбери глубину вмешательства: локальная редактура или глубокая реконструкция.
- Перед правкой собери внутреннюю карту опор: зачем автор пишет, какая мысль главная, какие факты её подтверждают, что обязательно сохранить и что можно не переносить в итоговый текст.
- При локальной редактуре перепиши только то, что действительно требует правки.
- При глубокой реконструкции не сохраняй неудачный каркас только потому, что он уже есть. Собери текст заново из фактов и намерения автора: задай иерархию, убери инвентарное перечисление и оставь только то, что работает на задачу.
- Сохрани фактические границы, намерение автора и деловую дистанцию. Не приписывай автору новую причинность, оценку, мотивацию или результат.
- Прочитай результат так, как будто автор действительно произносит его адресату.
- Перед ответом пройди финальную проверку.
