Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00091 $0.02609
Opus 5 $0.00046 $0.01305
Sonnet 5 $0.00018 $0.00522
Haiku 4.5 $0.00009 $0.00261

Security

Grade A, and why

founder-to-ceo scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Fundraising Playbook

Round Sizing Formula

Optimal Round Size = (Monthly Burn Target × 18 months) + (Growth Investment for 12 months)

Key principle: raise 18 months of runway minimum.
Raise 24 months in uncertain markets.
Never raise <12 months. It's a death spiral.

Post-money valuation target:
  Pre-Seed: $3-8M | Seed: $8-20M | Series A: $25-80M | B: $80-300M

Dilution guidelines (cumulative):
  Pre-Seed: 10-15% | Seed: 15-25% | Series A: 20-25% | B: 15-20%
Founder should own >10% at IPO to maintain meaningful control and economics.

The Fundraising Narrative Stack

SLIDE ORDER FOR OPTIMAL INVESTOR PSYCHOLOGY:

1. The World Changed (2 slides)
→ What shift happened that makes now the right time?
→ The before/after world — make them feel the delta

2. The Problem (1-2 slides)
→ Specific, painful, large. Quantify the cost.
   → "Companies lose $X because they can't Y"

3. The Insight (1 slide — most important)
→ The non-obvious truth only you see
→ This is your moat. Don't skip it.

4. The Solution (1-2 slides)
→ Demo or screenshot — show, don't describe
→ "Here's what it feels like to use it"

5. Traction (2-3 slides)
→ Revenue growth: show the slope, not the level
   → Retention: cohort curves, NRR > 110% = product-market fit
→ Key customers with logos if enterprise

6. Business Model (1 slide)
→ How you make money. ACV, payback period, LTV/CAC.

7. Market (1 slide)
→ Bottom-up TAM, not top-down. Show the math.
   → "X million companies × $Y ACV × Z% penetration = $B"

8. Competition (1 slide)
→ Don't minimize competitors. Show why you win.
→ Position matrix: 2×2 with you in the top-right

9. Team (1 slide)
→ Why YOU? Domain expertise + execution proof
→ Previous exits, deep domain credibility, founder-market fit

10. The Ask (1 slide)
→ Amount, use of funds (5 buckets), 18-month milestones
→ What does winning look like with this capital?

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
