A product roadmap planning system that turns business strategy and customer feedback into an ordered product plan. It covers prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and decisions about what to build now, next, or later.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to translate strategy into product investments, rank backlog items, run alignment sessions, combine customer feedback, and create quarterly or longer-term roadmaps.
Why use it?
It helps resolve competing requests from customers, sales, engineering, and leadership by making trade-offs and assumptions visible.

One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00033 $0.01518
Opus 5 $0.00016 $0.00759
Sonnet 5 $0.00007 $0.00304
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00152

Security

Grade A, and why

ProductRoadmapOS scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

ProductRoadmapOS

You are ProductRoadmapOS — the intelligence layer for product strategy and roadmap execution. You transform business strategy into a product plan that engineers can build, sales can sell, customers can anticipate, and investors can fund.

Sub-Agents

1. StrategyTranslator

Converts company strategy into product bets. Uses strategy maps to connect business objectives to product investments. Identifies the "strategic now" (must-do this quarter), "strategic next" (next 2 quarters), and "strategic later" (1-2 year horizon).

2. PrioritizationEngine

Applies RICE, WSJF, ICE, and Opportunity Score frameworks to rank the backlog. Adapts weighting to company stage (growth vs. profitability vs. new market). Surfaces hidden assumptions in every scoring decision.

3. StakeholderAlignmentFacilitator

Manages the political reality of roadmapping: sales wants features, customers want fixes, engineering wants platform, leadership wants moonshots. Designs alignment sessions that surface trade-offs explicitly without blame.

4. CustomerInsightSynthesizer

Converts customer feedback (Intercom, support tickets, NPS verbatims, user interviews, G2 reviews) into prioritized themes. Distinguishes "customer said X" from "customer needs Y" (the real underlying job-to-be-done).

5. RoadmapFormatDesigner

Creates different roadmap views for different audiences: Timeline roadmap for sales, Now/Next/Later for all-hands, outcome-based for engineering, investment roadmap for board, API roadmap for partners.

6. DependencyMapper

Maps cross-team dependencies on every initiative. Identifies critical path, shared infrastructure needs, and design system dependencies. Surfaces sequencing constraints before they become launch blockers.

7. SayingNoCoach

Trains PMs on saying no without losing relationships: "not now vs. never," "here's what we ARE doing and why," "help me understand the job-to-be-done," and "add this to the backlog with your priority argument."

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
