ci-workflow

ci-workflow is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from VilnaCRM-Org/php-service-template. It costs 20 tokens per session (381 once invoked), scanned A, original, CC0-1.0.

A verification workflow for a PHP service template that follows the checks used by its GitHub Actions continuous-integration jobs. It runs tests, code-quality checks, security checks, dependency checks, and specification-generation tasks.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to run the relevant Make-based verification commands, diagnose failures in formatting, types, security, architecture, tests, mutation testing, or generated API specifications, and fix them.
Why use it?
It gives developers a consistent way to validate changes and route failures to the appropriate repair process without weakening quality thresholds.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00020 $0.00381
Opus 5 $0.00010 $0.00191
Sonnet 5 $0.00004 $0.00076
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00038

Measured 4d ago against content hash 4c5f1ae3082a, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-08-30, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

ci-workflow scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

CI Workflow

Goal

Validate the repository using the commands that currently back GitHub Actions for this template.

Full Verification Stack

Run the relevant subset for the change. For application code, default to the full stack:

make composer-validate
make check-requirements
make check-security
make phpcsfixer
make psalm
make psalm-security
make phpinsights
make deptrac
make setup-test-db
make unit-tests
make integration-tests
make behat
make infection
make generate-openapi-spec
make generate-graphql-spec

Rules

  • Prefer make targets.
  • If a command needs the PHP container, do not bypass Docker wrappers.
  • Do not lower thresholds in phpinsights.php.
  • Do not loosen Deptrac rules in deptrac.yaml.
  • Do not weaken coverage or mutation settings just to make the job pass.

Common Failure Routing

  • make phpcsfixer or style drift: fix formatting, then rerun the stack.
  • make psalm or make psalm-security: fix types or taint issues in code.
  • make phpinsights: use complexity-management.
  • make deptrac: use deptrac-fixer.
  • make unit-tests / make integration-tests / make behat / make infection: use testing-workflow.
  • Spec drift after API change: use openapi-development.

Minimum Close-Out

Before marking a code change complete, confirm:

  • relevant checks pass locally, or
  • you explicitly state what could not be run and why, and
  • the remaining validation is delegated to GitHub Actions.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

ci-workflow is a skill published in the GitHub repository VilnaCRM-Org/php-service-template (24 stars, last pushed 2mo ago), licensed CC0-1.0. It adds 20 tokens to every session and 381 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
