Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade A, and why
kernelcad-tubes scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 357 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
kernelCAD: bent tubes
Route a rigid tube between two ports as straight legs joined by constant-radius bends. You give the corner points; the kernel builds one hollow solid, checks it against the bending and clearance rules, and reports a bend table, cut length and nearest neighbour for every tube.
// A hydraulic line from a pump outlet (top face, +Z) to a valve inlet (-X face).
const asm = assembly('line');
const pump = asm.part('pump', box(60, 60, 60), { at: [0, 0, 0] })
.connector('out', { type: 'axis', origin: { kind: 'vec3', value: [30, 30, 60] }, axis: [0, 0, 1], port: { system: 'hydraulic', od: 9.525 } });
const valve = asm.part('valve', box(40, 40, 40), { at: [200, 150, 100] })
.connector('in', { type: 'axis', origin: { kind: 'vec3', value: [0, 20, 20] }, axis: [-1, 0, 0], port: { system: 'hydraulic', od: 9.525 } });
tubeSpec({ clearance: { default: 6 } });
const line = tube('hyd-1', {
from: pump.port('out'), // at [30, 30, 60], axis +Z
to: valve.port('in'), // at [200, 170, 120], axis -X
via: [
[30, 30, 120], // on the pump port axis: straight up from the outlet
[30, 170, 120], // on the valve port axis: in line with the inlet
],
wall: 0.89,
bendRadius: 28.6, // centreline radius, 3 x OD
});
asm.part('hyd-1', line); // no `at`: the tube is already in assembly space
return asm.model();
When to use
- A rigid line between two fittings: hydraulic, fuel, oil, coolant, pneumatic.
- You need the tube checked against a bender's rules and against the parts around it.
- You need a bend table (XYZ corners and length / rotation / angle rows) or a cut length.
Do not use tube for a structural tube frame (use profiles and union, recipe welded-tube-frame-tray), or for a hose or any line that is not straight legs and circular bends. Two tubes from one port overlap and fail tube.clearance.overlap: route one tube from the port and make the second a branch of it (see "Branches").

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

kernelcad-tubes is a skill published in the GitHub repository w1ne/kernelCAD-web (31 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 104 tokens to every session and 8,604 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-11.
