Omni-Stack: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/omni-change/SKILL.md

omni-change is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from wang-baohai/Omni-Stack. It costs 41 tokens per session (389 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A set of instructions for changing or reviewing Omni-Stack projects, including their source code, generated projects, services, permissions, tests, and Docker setup. Docker is a system for running software in isolated containers.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to implement or review Omni-Stack changes, inspect module dependencies, run controlled Docker checks, validate generated projects, and review the final changes.
Why use it?
It gives the agent repository-specific rules for checking facts, preserving service and tenant boundaries, protecting secrets, and testing generated output rather than relying on the source checkout.

Skill for Claude CodeCodex

Written for no agent in particular: nothing here depends on one. Also seen: installed under .agents/ (shared by several agents); mentions AGENTS.md.

This is wang-baohai/Omni-Stack's own configuration. It tells Claude Code and Codex how to work on Omni-Stack itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything Omni-Stack configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00041 $0.00389
Opus 5.5 $0.00016 $0.00156
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00008 $0.00078
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00039

Security

Grade A, and why

omni-change scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Find the repository root from AGENTS.md and scaffold/catalog/modules.yaml. Read root AGENTS.md, then the facts and domain rules relevant to the requested change. The current source, configuration, and tests define behavior; historical acceptance is only evidence for its recorded baseline.

Use the catalog to determine module membership and required dependencies. Respect service boundaries, immutable migrations, tenant isolation, explicit permissions, and API contracts. Consult the repository Wiki for operating instructions rather than copying its teaching material into fact documents.

Build, run tests, launch applications, and collect browser evidence in local Docker. Confirm the Docker endpoint and target project before writes. Fixture identities belong to test classpaths; real CAPTCHA login is human-entered. Keep secrets, raw logs, auth state, and database dumps outside Git.

For generation, inspect the dry-run and use the generator's apply/validation path. Test the generated project's own assets and references; do not rely on the original checkout or personal installation.

Review the final diff and run checks justified by the actual change. Distinguish build, unit, integration, E2E, screenshots, and human translation review. Report failures, skips, and missing evidence accurately. Automatic approval is not human translation sign-off.

Follow the current user's authorization. This skill adds no permission to publish, merge, send messages, reset data, rewrite history, or connect third-party accounts.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

omni-change is a skill published in the GitHub repository wang-baohai/Omni-Stack (90 stars, last pushed 11d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 41 tokens to every session and 389 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-19.
