Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00082 | $0.02000 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00033 | $0.00800 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00016 | $0.00400 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00200 |
Grade A, and why
workers-comp-for-trucking scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 206 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Workers Compensation for Trucking
Workers comp (WC) is state-mandated insurance covering employee on-the-job injuries. For trucking, WC has specific challenges + opportunities.
What WC covers
For an injured employee:
- Medical costs — treatment, surgery, rehabilitation
- Wage replacement — typically 66-2/3% of pre-injury wages
- Disability benefits — temporary or permanent
- Death benefits to dependents (if fatal)
- Vocational rehabilitation if returning to work in different role
What WC does NOT cover:
- Pain + suffering
- Punitive damages
- Injuries on personal time
- Self-inflicted injuries
- Drug/alcohol-related injuries (sometimes)
State-by-state variation
Each state has its own WC law:
- Premium calculation varies
- Coverage limits vary
- Filing procedures vary
- Independent contractor rules vary (huge issue for trucking)
Common state classifications:
- TX — opt-out is allowed (carrier can decline WC, but exposes to negligence lawsuits)
- WA, ND, WY, OH — state-run WC fund (must use state)
- Most states — competitive market (multiple carriers compete)
Trucking-specific WC classifications (NCCI codes)
NCCI (National Council on Compensation Insurance) sets classification codes used in most states:
| Code | Class | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 7228 | Trucking — local hauling | Local + intrastate freight |
| 7229 | Trucking — long-distance | Interstate / OTR |
| 7230 | Trucking — drivers, fleet service | Driver + service operations |
| 7231 | Trucking — household goods | HHG movers |
| 7232 | Trucking — explosives transport | Hazmat / explosive carriers |
| 7233 | Trucking — gasoline + petroleum | Tanker / fuel haulers |
| 7234 | Trucking — sand + gravel | Aggregate / heavy haul |
| 7235 | Trucking — refrigerated | Reefer operations |
| 7236 | Trucking — auto haulers | Vehicle transport |
| 7237 | Trucking — concrete + cement | Mixer trucks |
| 7238 | Trucking — log hauling | Forestry |
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

workers-comp-for-trucking is a skill published in the GitHub repository x3allamerican/skills (3 stars, last pushed 5mo ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 82 tokens to every session and 2,000 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.

Audit and normalize SPDX license headers before releasing or open-sourcing a repository
Use REUSE when an agent needs file-level licensing clarity instead of guessing from a single top-level LICENSE file. The agent checks compliance, adds or verifies SPDX headers, pulls missing license texts into LICENSES/, and produces a concrete remediation list or SPDX export.
