audit-reporting-quality

audit-reporting-quality is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from yogsoth-ai/de-anthropocentric-research-engine. It costs 28 tokens per session (318 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A reporting-quality audit that checks whether a research or evaluation document includes the information needed to understand and reproduce it. It uses a checklist suited to the document's field and marks details as present, missing, or unclear.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to review an artifact against a declared checklist, record missing evidence and ambiguities, and summarize its effect on interpretation and reproduction.
Why use it?
A long report can still omit details that change how results should be interpreted or prevent someone else from repeating the work. The audit separates important omissions from cosmetic ones.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00028 $0.00318
Opus 5.5 $0.00011 $0.00127
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00006 $0.00064
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00032

Security

Grade A, and why

audit-reporting-quality scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

audit-reporting-quality

Purpose

Audit whether an artifact reports the information needed for interpretation and reproduction using a declared domain-appropriate checklist.

Input contract

required: [artifact, reporting_checklist]
optional: [domain_schema, reproduction_requirements, source_context]
constraints: [each checklist judgment must cite present, absent, or ambiguous evidence]

Procedure

  1. Instantiate the checklist for the artifact type and domain.
  2. Inspect each item and record evidence, omission, or ambiguity.
  3. Separate interpretation-critical omissions from cosmetic omissions.
  4. Summarize reporting completeness and reproduction implications.

Output contract

produces: [checklist_results, critical_omissions, ambiguity_log, reporting_quality_summary]
delta_fields: [findings, evidence_updates, uncertainties, decisions, open_questions]

Quality gates

  • Checklist version and applicability are recorded.
  • Missing information is not silently inferred.

Failure and counterexamples

Do not equate a long report with complete reporting or treat an inapplicable checklist item as a failure.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
