A workflow for updating requirements and technical documents from Git commits and code changes, while adding missing unit tests. Git is a system that records changes to source code.

Use it after bug fixes or emergency changes to update related documents and add unit tests.

It helps bring documentation and tests back in line after fixes, urgent changes, or other code updates.
