Monolith Prevention
Flag these warning signs:
- Files > 500 lines → suggest focused module breakdown
- Functions > 3 nesting levels → suggest method extraction
- Classes > 7 public methods → suggest decomposition
- Functions > 30-50 lines → suggest refactoring for clarity
