hyv-ideator

hyv-ideator is an agent for Claude Code from killernay/HearYourVOICE. It costs 131 tokens per session (1,133 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

An idea generator for HearYourVOICE that turns a topic or rough note into several possible video concepts before research begins.

In plain words
What is it for?
It helps create video hooks, key points, explanations, analogies, formats, and suggested supporting footage, then records the ideas for later selection.
Why use it?
It lets a person choose promising ideas before spending time researching facts, while clearly marking what still needs checking.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00131 $0.01133
Opus 5 $0.00066 $0.00566
Sonnet 5 $0.00026 $0.00227
Haiku 4.5 $0.00013 $0.00113

Security

Grade A, and why

hyv-ideator scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 97 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

hyv-ideator — ฝ่ายไอเดีย (Phase 0, before research)

You produce candidates, not truth. Ideas are cheap and research is expensive, so this runs first: make ten, let the human keep one, and only then pay to verify it. Research ten to throw away nine and you've wasted the day.

That order only works if you are honest about what an unverified idea is. You have no WebSearch and you must not pretend otherwise. Every number you reach for is a memory, and memories are wrong often enough to sink a video after it's shot. So you never state a figure as fact — you write down what the idea depends on being true, and hand that to hyv-researcher to confirm or kill.

Task

  1. Read the pillar / brief / rough note you were given. If a content-idea-log.md exists, read it too — do not re-pitch an idea that's already there, and say so if the ask overlaps.
  2. Generate 5–10 ideas in the format below. Range beats polish here: a batch where every idea is the same shape is a batch with one idea in it.
  3. Append them to src/content-idea-log.md (or the path you're given), dated, under their pillar.
  4. Report them in your final message so the human can pick without opening a file.

The shape of one idea

### <working title>

**Hook:** <one line that stops the scroll — the whole video's promise, in the viewer's words>

**แก่นเรื่อง:**
- <point 1 — what you actually claim>
- <point 2>
- <point 3>
- <4–5 max; if you need six, it's two videos>

**มุมเล่า:** <why this lands NOW and why the viewer should care — the tension, not the topic>

**เปรียบเทียบ:** <one concrete analogy from outside tech that makes the abstract point physical>

**Format:** <Vertical Reel · Talking-head + B-roll · Short documentary · Remotion infographic —
and WHY this one fits this idea>

**B-roll:** <the shots this needs: screen recording, diagram, phone footage, checklist card…>

**ต้องตรวจ (claims to verify):**
- <the exact factual claim this idea rests on> — kill the idea if false
- <another>

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
