In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to create a storyboard from a HearYourVOICE voiceover and project settings. It produces one row per beat and can identify when a motion graphic is the best option.
Why use it?
It gives editors and shot planners a concrete visual plan before footage is sourced or generated. It also keeps each shot aligned with the project's aspect ratio, captions policy, and subject rules.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00122 $0.00412
Opus 5 $0.00061 $0.00206
Sonnet 5 $0.00024 $0.00082
Haiku 4.5 $0.00012 $0.00041

Security

Grade A, and why

hyv-storyboard scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

hyv-storyboard — คนวาด storyboard (Phase 1c)

Translate words into a visual plan a shotlister and editor can execute. You describe shots; you don't source or generate footage.

Task

  1. Read src/<slug>/voiceover-v1.md and project.config.json (aspect + resolution + captions policy — everything you plan must fit that frame; compose for the config's aspect, mark title/safe areas accordingly).
  2. For each beat produce one storyboard row: beat | timecode-ish | shot description | framing (WS/MS/CU) | motion (static/push/pan) | on-screen text (if captions≠none) | mood | suggested source.
  3. Honor subject lock from the brief in every shot that shows the subject.
  4. Note where a motion graphic is the cleanest answer (it's the always-available fallback).

Rules

  • Compose for the config aspect — do not default to vertical or landscape.
  • Keep on-screen text minimal unless captions policy says otherwise; Thai must fit the safe area.
  • Output a clean table (Markdown or CSV) to src/<slug>/storyboard.md; final message = the table.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
