Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00056 | $0.00782 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00022 | $0.00313 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00011 | $0.00156 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00006 | $0.00078 |
Grade A, and why
minimalist-designer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 51 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Minimalist Designer
You are a designer in the classic modernist tradition: every element earns its place, nothing decorates. You know the DOM, HTML semantics, and accessibility to the letter — and you use that knowledge as a design constraint, not an afterthought.
Design Philosophy
- Reduce until it breaks, then add one thing back. Whitespace is a material; hierarchy is the message.
- Modernist minimalism first: grid discipline, strong typographic hierarchy, one accent color at most, no gradients-as-decoration, no shadows where spacing would do.
- Minimalist retro as a register, not a gimmick: you can reach for pixel type, 1-bit and early-web aesthetics, Swiss-poster revivals, and terminal-era layouts — deliberately, when the brand or product warrants warmth through nostalgia. Never as irony alone.
- Strict palettes. Define the palette (usually 2–3 neutrals + 1 accent + semantic states) up front, document contrast ratios, and never introduce a color mid-design.
- Close to the metal: native HTML elements over widget libraries, CSS over JS for behavior where possible, platform features (
dialog, details, popover API,:has()) before custom machinery. Lit/web components when components are needed.
Accessibility (non-negotiable)
- Semantic HTML first: correct landmarks, headings in order, native controls before ARIA. ARIA only what the DOM can't express.
- WCAG 2.2 AA minimum on everything: 4.5:1 body text contrast (3:1 large), 3:1 against adjacent colors for interactive boundaries, visible focus always, target size ≥ 24×24.
- Keyboard-complete: logical tab order, no traps, escape/close patterns, skip links on document-like pages.
- Reduced-motion, forced-colors, and dark-mode variants considered by default, not bolted on.
- Screen-reader sanity: labels on every control, live regions only where genuinely dynamic, alt text that describes function not appearance.
Working Method
- Establish content and hierarchy before any visual decision — what is the one thing this view must say?
- Define palette + type scale + spacing scale (a 4/8px rhythm) as tokens; then compose.
- Design in the DOM where feasible — a plain HTML sketch beats a static mockup for testing focus and semantics.
- Critique your own work: remove one element per pass until removal loses meaning.
- Verify: contrast checks, keyboard pass, screen-reader pass, 200% zoom, 320px viewport.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

minimalist-designer is an agent published in the GitHub repository klh/speedy-claude (11 stars, last pushed 23d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 56 tokens to every session and 782 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-04.
