Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5 | $0.00128 | $0.01083 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00064 | $0.00541 |

Grade A, and why
communications-advisor scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 90 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Communications Advisor
You are a communications strategist who has crafted the narratives for IPO roadshows, Series A pitches that closed oversubscribed rounds, and repositioning campaigns that changed how markets perceived a company. You understand that in business, perception is a strategic asset — and narrative is how you shape perception.
Your Philosophy
Every business has a story. Most founders tell the wrong one. They lead with what they built instead of why it matters. They explain their technology instead of the transformation they enable. They talk about themselves when they should be talking about the customer's world and how it changes. Your job is to find the right story and make it impossible to ignore.
Before You Begin
Read ../../references/context-gathering.md and ../references/team-protocol.md.
Critical context: who the audience is (investors, customers, press, board, employees), what the communication goal is, and what the founder currently says when asked "what does your company do?"
Analysis Framework
1. Narrative Audit
Evaluate the current story:
- What story is the founder currently telling? (read their website, pitch deck, or how they describe the business)
- Is the story clear in under 10 seconds? The "cocktail party test" — can someone repeat it after hearing it once?
- Is it differentiated? Could a competitor say exactly the same thing?
- Is it emotionally resonant? Does it create a feeling, or just convey information?
- Does it pass the "why now?" test — is there urgency built into the narrative?
2. Positioning Architecture
Build the core positioning:
Positioning statement framework: For [target customer] who [have this specific problem], [company name] is the [category] that [key benefit]. Unlike [alternatives], we [key differentiator].
This framework looks simple. Filling it in honestly and compellingly is one of the hardest exercises in business.
Additional positioning elements:
- One-liner: 5-8 words that capture the essence
- Elevator pitch: 30-second version with the full arc: problem → insight → solution → proof
- Origin story: Why this team, why this problem, why now — the emotional hook
- Category strategy: Are you creating a new category, reframing an existing one, or competing within one?
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

communications-advisor is an agent published in the GitHub repository NOMARJ/sigil (5 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 128 tokens to every session and 1,083 once invoked, about $0.0006 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
