What is dev-workflow?

A development workflow for turning a product idea into a reviewed GitHub pull request. It covers planning, issue creation, branches, quality checks, code review, and pull requests.

Use it to create product requirements, plan features, open GitHub issues, manage branches, run quality gates, coordinate code reviews, and create pull requests.

It keeps the steps of a software change in one process, so planning and review tasks are less likely to be missed.
