What is coordinator-kit?

A set of coordinator skills for Claude Code, a tool that helps write and check software. It turns a session into a dispatcher that assigns build and verification work.

Managing multi-agent software work, sending tasks through build and verification stages, and coordinating phase-based delivery.

It separates coordination from hands-on coding, so work can be assigned and checked in a repeatable way.
