What is customer-support?

A customer-support workflow add-on described in Thai. It covers sorting and prioritising support tickets, drafting customer replies, escalating complex cases, and building a knowledge base.

Triaging tickets, drafting responses, escalating difficult cases, and turning resolved support information into reusable documentation.

It helps organise common support work so incoming cases and their follow-up are handled in a consistent way.
