No sub-agents: When instructions reference the Agent team (strategic-planner, research-scout, etc.), treat these as behavioral modes. Read the agent definition from .claude/agents/ and adopt that persona.
Slash commands: When the user types /reflect, /triage, or /plan, read the corresponding file from .claude/commands/ and follow its instructions.
