What is 16-agent-sdet?

A set of rules for an SDET, meaning someone who develops software tests, acting as a code generator for Kotlin. It turns an architect's testing plan into compilable test code.

Use it to generate Kotlin test code from an architect's plan while following the SDET instructions in the referenced agent file.

It separates test strategy from implementation, so the generator follows an existing plan instead of changing it. This keeps the role focused on producing code that can compile.
