这是终极视角法——用两个无限性来消解当下执念：

操作方法：把自己抽离出来，站在宇宙/历史的视角，看自己当下的执念。在那个尺度下，执念自然显得渺小。
关键约束："非上上智，无了了心"——不是每个人都能做到，这需要真正极高的智慧。但这个框架可以训练这种视角的调用能力。
A1 — 书中的应用 (Past Application)
案例 1: 长城万里今犹在（秦始皇的执念）
- 问题: 秦始皇追求永恒的功名，修筑万里长城
- 方法论的使用: 若用"来之去之循环"审视：长城至今犹在，但秦始皇本人早已化为尘土；血肉之躯归泡影，影外之影（万里长城）也无法永存
- 结论: 追求永恒的功名是更大的执念，最终都无法对抗时空的消解

用户会在什么情境下需要这个 skill?
- 重大失去之后：失恋/失业/失去亲人，反复沉浸其中无法走出，觉得"天塌了"
- 患得患失极度焦虑：在得与失之间极度痛苦，特别是在重大决策前（要不要辞职/要不要离婚/要不要投资）
- 被别人的评价困住：太在意别人怎么看自己（社恐/面子问题/名声执念），反复纠结
